Spanish Wine 101: Beyond Rioja & Ribera

Are you confused by Spanish wine labels?  Wondering what the heck a crianza is?  Then come get initiated into the fabulous world of Spanish wine.

Eat Out Madrid and Nicole Angela Travel & Taste have combined forces to create a special Spanish wine tasting event.

In this hour and a half event you will learn how to identify and discuss the three aspects of wine (visual, smell and taste), give brief descriptions of each aspect and finally an overall description of a wine. Most importantly, you will learn the basics of Spanish wine like how to decipher a label,  the difference between Rioja and Ribera and get to know bit about the 72 wine regions!  The tasting will provide you with everything you need to know to order with confidence at restaurant or bar and pick up a bottle a the store.
